A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Institute of Hydrotechnics – Environmental Engineering. He completed post-graduate studies and foreign internships and he has many years of experience in the construction, operation and management of water supply and sewage systems.

Working as the Director of Operation at Saur Neptun Gdańsk, he independently developed and implemented many elements significantly reforming the system of operation management and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring its reliability – in accordance with modern standards. From 2012 to 2017, he worked as the Director of Operations at Ecol-Unicon specializing in rainwater and snowmelt problems. Currently, Rainwater Expert at RETENCJAPL Sp. z o.o.

A member of the Pomeranian Chamber of Construction with the registration number POM / IS / 0027/12. He has qualifications in the sanitary specialty in the field of managing construction works without restrictions and the right to manage construction works without any restrictions in the installation and engineering specialty.

Expert in PZiTS in the specialty: water and sewage in the field of operation and management – Certificate No. 1946098. Many times he chaired on specialist missions of Saur Group experts regarding the optimization of operation and maintenance of facilities at home and abroad (Senegal, Libya, Russia).He also participated in an expert mission of the World Bank in Uzbekistan, assessing the privatization possibilities of water and sewage services. In addition, he co-founded the concept of the creation of a specialized company Gdańsk Melioracje.

Author of numerous industry publications, including articles in “Przegląd Komunalny”, or “Gaz Woda i techniki sanitarne”.

Currently, he is also an expert of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Water – the chairman of the expert team for rainwater and snowmelt and in the group creating benchmarking of infrastructure companies.
