EU Funding
We have a 100% success rate. We have secured more than PLN 900 million in funding for our clients.
We support cities in preparing applications for national and EU funding, including in the areas of climate adaptation, implementation of blue-green infrastructure, and modernisation of drainage systems. We develop concepts, Functional and Operational Programmes (FOPs), feasibility studies, technical documentation, and complete funding applications together with all required annexes. We work in a way that ensures the investment is well designed even before the application stage begins.
This is important, because successful funding acquisition is not simply the result of filling in an application form correctly. It is the outcome of well-thought-out and properly planned investments, correctly justified, with measurable environmental benefits and alignment with the objectives of the programme. Thanks to this approach, the cities working with us have ranked highly in funding competitions, for example under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme (POIiŚ) and European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment (FEnIKS).
The city gains
- the ability to implement the objectives of Municipal Climate Adaptation Plans (MPAs),
- additional financial resources for projects related to stormwater management and creating more liveable cities,
- improved quality of documentation and reduced risk of a funding application being rejected,
- increased overall value of the funding application.

FEnIKS – a source of funding for local governments
The main programme through which we secure funding for local governments is the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027 (FEnIKS). The programme aims to improve the country’s development conditions through the construction of technical and social infrastructure, in line with the principles of sustainable development. FEnIKS includes, among other things, reducing the carbon intensity of the economy and supporting its transformation towards an environmentally friendly and circular model. For us, two actions are particularly important:
-
01.02. Adaptation of urban areas to climate change (maximum funding: 77% of eligible project costs)
-
01.04. Waste management and the circular economy (maximum funding: 85% of eligible project costs)
We also prepare applications and secure funding under the European Funds for Eastern Poland (FEPW) programme, which operates as one of the national programmes within the 2021–2027 financial perspective.
Where necessary, we supplement funding applications with technical, analytical, and conceptual elements. We obtain formal decisions. We prepare project concepts, greening concepts, and Functional and Operational Programmes.
Below you will find examples of how we turn theory into practice and the benefits achieved by the cities that have worked with us.

FAQ
How can a city obtain funding for stormwater management?
The project must be well prepared, logically justified, include quantified environmental benefits, and be supported by a complete application package that complies with the call requirements. Documents frequently required include a feasibility study, water permit, environmental decision, functional and utility programme, or legal title to the site.
Do you prepare applications for FEnIKS and European Funds for Eastern Poland?
Yes. The main programmes through which we secure funding for local governments are the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment (FEnIKS), European Funds for Eastern Poland (FEPW), and regional funds.
Does funding usually require an earlier concept design or a functional and utility programme (PFU)?
In practice, very often yes, because without a concept design, PFU, or project documentation, it is difficult to build a credible application, defend the scope of the investment, or prepare a reliable feasibility study.
